Founded in 1991 by co-directors Brian Maslin and Michael Lambert, Living Props are recognised as European market leaders in the provision of set dressing, greenery hire and prop hire to Film, TV, Photographic Studios and Corporate Events/Parties.

On our 12 acre site we have:

• a huge stock of outdoor containerised trees, shrubs & topiary

• tropical and temperate houses stocked with palms, indoor plants and cacti

• shade halls housing sub tropical plants hardcore area stocked with sand, pebbles, paving slabs etc.

• large purpose-built buildings housing statues, urns/planters, large stocks of artificial foliage,

  Christmas trees and decorations

• a workshop for the construction of bespoke props, painting and poly carving

• a new, modern office with Wi-Fi facility.

We have been responsible for dressing and providing greenery hire to a large back catalogue andcurrent film blockbusters, major television dramas and large corporate events, exhibitions and parties. Click here for illustrations of some of the productions we have been involved in.Sited one mile from Pinewood Studios, we are very close to the M40 & M25 with links to other major routes throughout the UK, within easy reach of London and with our own fleet of vehicles we providea proficient transportation service.  

With a staff of over 20 people, including highly skilled and experienced set dressers (several of whom hold licences in tree surgery and the use of landscaping vehicles and plant machinery), onsite polysculpting, horticulturists, florists and a friendly and experienced  office team we are sure that we can meet all your needs.
